Terms and Conditions
(GTC)
The
following terms and conditions apply to all business relations between the small
winery and the customer.
Legal basis
Business basis
is governed by Austrian law and fairness on both sides.
Offers
All offers are subject to change and as long as the product offered is
available.
All prices are in Euros including
all Austrian taxes and fees.
Delivery
On weekdays
during normal office hours your order will be processed immediately, so that
your delivery arrives promptly (up to 5 business days) .
The ordered goods
are delivered by DPD.
Outside Austria you can buy our wines exclusively
through our partners.
Returns, exchanges
The goods
must be inspected immediately upon receipt, broken bottles must be confirmed by
the transporter. Return of unopened and undamaged bottles without giving a
reason within eight days. The cost of return is the responsiblilty of the buyer.
If the wrong goods are delivered, you must inform us immediately, no later than
three days after receiving the goods, notice under mail@weingut-klein.at.
Corky
Impairments due to faulty cork are not the
responsibility of the winemaker. An exchange of defective bottles are under the
following conditions: the bottle is defective with a bad cork resealed and
returned to the winery Klein in Pernersdorf.
Payment
We will send you an invoice with the associated bank account provided
with the product. The invoice is payable immediately. In the event of a default
in payment, 10% interest pa owed.

Privacy Policy
Customer data will be used exclusively within the winery and not be passed on to
